Based on her comments, she either broke the law or Obama gave her permission to make those comments. Is that allowed by the statutes? In the future, can other citizens expect the same when their long form certificates are required?

On another point, I would like to see someone sue in California on the basis of the precedent set by the California judge in the Jack Ryan custody records case where he ruled that the release of those records was a matter of public interest. I don't think this is part of the Keyes suit but could be wrong.
