Can you imagine what would happen in say 10 years from now we find out he was never legitimate.

It would be important from a historical standpoint to show how gullible the country was and susceptilble to a Chigago-style street and race hustler.
That and ALL Justices appointed to the USSC would have to be “disappointed”... and considering the position is a lifelong one, the only way to terminate their ‘reign’ would be to kill them. ;)
{Actually, if they are guilty of a felony they are to be removed from the USSC... and I think that ‘fraud’ actually IS a felony.}
