I took it to mean that the server he has the account on was down for some reason....EIther he took it down, It was hacked or the server cut him off for some reason.
We know he has ha deth threats in the past. ANyone have contacts with LEO who could check on him.
Well he sure put a lot of effort in it to suddenly dump it. Something sounds fishy. Hope he’s alright.
