Either blackmail (which means he has a skeleton in a closet he’d like to keep hidden) or he’s mentally and emotionally unstable.
Could be both.
Or he’s just a political hack trying to make a name for himself as some big bi-partisan superstar.
I liked him better when he was in the House, because since he got to the Senate, he has turned into another slimy, glad-handing tool.
