Well, upon the release of the perfectly forged long-form birth certificate, the force would be taken out of the “birther” movement. Therefore, interest in the other records would be relegated to a fringe audience. Or at least, this is how I imagine he outlines his strategy.

Zero being born in Hawaii only makes him native born.
The man he's publicly admitted as his father was a foreign national, and that prevents Zero from ever having natural born citizenship.
I've decided to take a stand concerning my conscience and the Constitution, and they can mock me all they like.

You're probably right on that one. IMHO, his college records are crucial because they denote the nationality Zero claimed for himself AFTER he reached the age of majority [18]
