I bet any birther 10 to 1 odds any amount of money that his BC will say birthplace “Honolulu” when revealed.

I bet it will show he wasn't born in a hospital but needed a witness that claimed Obama was "born in Hawaii".

Lets see the supporting statements and other documentation that underlies his birth certificate.
