Turn this around:
Obama has given a COLB out to validate his birth in Hawaii.
If you have a case for Obama *NOT* being born in Hawaii like the COLB, state of Hawaii officials and newspaper birth announcement all seem to point to ... state the case.

Without a case, there is no justification for further information requests.
