Everyone has an accent to their region, I was listening to something on H>V last night set in Canada and all the people spoke in the same type of accent as Sarah Palin, one thing they do is end each sentence in an up pitch, almost like a question mark. Because Sarah speaks with an Alaskan accent does not make her stupid or a ditz, in fact I am learning from reading comments from people who worked with her that this is one very bright woman,..
