These newspaper announcements were tied to submissions to the State of Hawaii health records office, so it confirms/corroborates that Obama has records on file that has him born on Aug 4, 1961. Obama’s COLB has that date and also have a cert # that we now know is close in sequence to twins born the day after.
Also, the submissions were gotten from the hospitals, so it indicates, given the submission was so close to birth date, that the birth certificate submission was supplied by the hospital.

There is no eveidence for that except very thin hearsay and circumstantial evidence. You do NOT know that, and the official story that Obama was born at Kapi’olani Medical Center for Women & Children August 4, 1961, has not been disproven in any way by the article.

you dont know that. The original birth certificate could (and almost certainly was) from the hospital that he was born in.

The state of Hawaii official has stated his state of hawaii records show him at being born in Hawaii.
You are assuming he was born in a hospital. There are no records of HOW the papers got that announcment. That is why it really does not say much.
Do we know who assigns the numbers? Because part of the number is a date I doubt the numbers are applied by the hospital. They would then have to chuck all the prior year stock each year. My guess is the numbers are assigned by the state in some sort of sequence as they receive them. In general those in a batch from a hospital would be together but hard to tell where one's that are separate come from.
