This statement is a catch 22. It can not be legally proven without the courts.
Then it could turn into much like the impeachment of Clinton where he did brake the law but it wasn't a serious enough crime to remove him from office. I don't know how they could twist it to make someone that can not even qualify to be president to some how qualify.
Who knows maybe that decree the congress set a couple days ago officially makes him a 'citizen' but not a natural born citizen and in heir collective minds this is not strong enough evidence to remove him from office.

I doubt that, no matter what, there will be any legal recourse. The Rats control most of the courts, the congress and executive branch. Which includes the Justice Department, FBI etc. I believe that Hussein could just about have intercourse with a 15 year old girl (or boy for that matter) on the steps of the capitol and suffer no legal repercussions.
No, I'm thinking more on the lines of civil disobedience. Governments can be brought down if enough people hit the streets and shut down commerce, been done before elsewhere. I don't believe the people have the will to do that here, unfortunately.
In such a case as you dsecribe, Obama COULD NOT be impeached, because the Articles would no more apply to him, than to you or me, since he was never qualiified, and thus never truly President, in the first place. He will have to be EVICTED.
