Even if this had been available on January 20, the fact remains that 60+ million Americans not only don't care what the Constitution says, they would have happily ignored it and voted for him out of spite. Although I am seriously concerned that with the (vote related) fraud being planned and carried out as we speak it may not be a practical reality to vote him out. I think he and his handlers are attempting to orchestrate Chavez type elections. If they are successful, there may be no alternative.
