Obama, the President-elect in effect from all the evidence, Failed to Qualify.
Remains to be seen if he’s qualified. What the report does is set the value of any statements coming from the State of Hawaii to zero. There’s only one BC with any probative legal value in establishing where, and to whom, Obama was born, and that’s the Long Form BC, which he calls in there ‘BC1’.
He’s not releasing the cert that he’s got, because what he’s got doesn’t definitively establish where he’s born. The reason why his other records are sealed is because even if he released the BC that he’s got from Hawaii, all it would do is definitively establish doubt as to where he was born. The other documents would establish the fact that he either was or was not a citizen. For example, his travel to Indonesia was done on what passport, and how was that obtained?
His releasing the BC would essentially confirm that there was a question that deserved an answer, which would then lead to other questions like, ‘What about the rest of your life, man? Where are THOSE documents?’
Here’s the thing, releasing the BC he probably does have would be enough to establish reasonable doubt as to his qualification to be CINC. There would be no NCA at that point, and a court could and MAYBE would issue a subpoena for other supporting documents that would dispositively establish his citizenship. This explains why the WH whiffed on the Cook case.
They’ve got concentric legal rings built, like trenches, and the first was ‘standing’. That wall’s been breached. They rescinded Cook’s order - wall number 2. Taitz and others are rounding up active duty member cases which they won’t be able to duck, and that will cause the release of the BC on file with Hawaii, which will be other than a BC1 - wall 3. Prosecution will argue that the BC on file doesn’t prove anything, and will request the court subpoena the rest of Obama’s documentation.
What happens from there, I’m not qualified to comment, but it could range from the claim of ‘executive privilege’ to ‘my dog ate them’.
The establishment of standing in this case is a major league advancement. It’s going to be an interesting fall, what with a plague, possible failure of the dollar, and the President being an imposter in the offing.
