Speaking only on my own personal experiences, Philly fans are horrible. The worst I've ever encountered. Remember, this is the city that booed Mike Schmidt and Santa Claus, and voted 400 times for 0bama in one precinct before the polls ever opened.
The ‘City of Brotherly Love’ is anything but. They are an angry lot, who acts like idiots whether they win on lose.

He said Philly, not L.A. or Detroit. At least Philly builds court houses right in the stadiums.
That means the intention of handling crime is there and after all isn’t that what really counts? Intention?
