Oh I have a grasp on human nature. It is fallen, sinful, and lives for the NOW. Telling someone that they might have a greater risk of breast cancer some time in the future does not concern them NOW. They want an abortion NOW. (as far as “reasoning” goes, a tool with far greater effectiveness is showing the mothers ultrasounds of the babies they are carrying.)

Abortion is never going to be stopped by attempting to connect it with a higher risk of breast cancer (or anything else). When you have reached that point, the battle is already lost. Abortion is not the cause of our nation’s decline, it is a symptom of our nation’s decline.

Besides, the last study I saw like this showed that there was as much as 2/10ths of one percent increase in breast cancer...maybe. 66% sounds awful high to me. These people would be dropping like flies.

Now, if it is true (which, if you haven’t guessed, I doubt...at least these high numbers anyway), I have no problem with offering this information, but I don’t think it is something that the pro-life movement should really hang its hat on.

I agree that abortion is never going to be stopped by attempting to connect it with a higher risk of breast cancer or anything else.

But it will be slowed down.

Seeing the heartbeat is the way for some.

Seeing the image is the way for some.

Seeing pictures of aborted babies on the sides of truck or billboards is the way for some.

Warning them of the dangers of breast cancer is the way to stop others.

To NOT use an arrow that God and science has presented us is wrong.

Multiple tactics, because everyone is different.
