Well... you should know (or maybe you don’t) that I said all along that these court cases were going nowhere fast. And that’s the reason why I have pushed for the state law. And now, *my estimation* (once again) is that this puts any court order to release it — to *impossible* — whereas before, it was a “long shot”...
And I’m willing to “wait and see” — and see if what I say is true. That’s fine. But, keep in mind, I took a whole lot of heat, way back before Obama was inaugurated for saying that these court cases were going nowhere and would continue to go nowhere Back then I *also said* that I would wait and see. And up to *this present time* — they have gone *nowhere*...
Now... my prediction changes and now I say this is *impossible*... (to get a court order to release the birth certificate)...
It may take until after he is out of office before laws are instituted to check for the NBC status for presidential candidates.
Yes, I think you may be right the chances are pretty good to get a few states to enact laws to prevent another Obama loophole.
Until then, I'll still argue my points on what constitutes a natural born citizen and push to uncover Obama's hidden past.
