The real issue is the Indonesian citizenship.
The people pushing this blew it from the start. The Indonesian citizenship should of been the #1 target from the beginning. That is the deal breaker. There is actualy physical evidence that crushes Obama in that department.
Now they can just dismiss us as kooks without even addressing the Indonesian angle.
Indonesian citizenship does not trump US citizenship. If Urkle was born in Hawaii and never officially renounced his US citizenship (as an adult) then he is eligible. He could have claimed anything else, won’t matter. He could have traveled on a Martian passport, does not matter.
US law overrules any other on the citizenship issue and other country’s claims are irrelevant. This was all clearly laid out here before the election and there is no doubt about any of it.
