I believe that it is illegal for any state to send a COLB of any living person to any another person or source.

If that is still true, Bore must have been smoking something, or he and his staff broke the law.

Yesterday I heard on the news that Robert Gibbs sent out the internet facsimile of the birth certification (one that has been discredited as fraudulent; thanks Ron!).

The State of Hawaii denies ever having released the birth certification of Barack Hussein Obama aka Barry Dunham, Barry Soetoro, Barry Obama, Barack Obama or whatever the hell they have on record to anyone. It's said to be under seal which is unnecessary since it can only be released to the name on the document or immediate family members.

I've wondered if Madelyn Dunham was appointed legal guardian of Barry after her daughter abandoned him in Honolulu and went off to schools, foreign shores or wherever. But she's dead....and so's mom. That leaves his wife as 'immediate family' and his daughters. which are unlikely in this 'reductio ad absurdum' quest for the buried treasure.

What is sought doesn't exist since the names, dates, records, institutions and facilities, and deceased witnesses' testimonies are all fraudulent.
