I carefully read your post, and I understand now why it will be unlikely to find a court willing to make a judgement.

Our experiment in self-rule rests upon a foundation of honest good will. Evil men can surely find plenty of ways to frustrate and scam the system.

Ok...So?...I agree with Star Traveler. We absolutely must pressure our legislatures to pass laws to demand long form birth certificates....But...What will the Marxists think up next?

I am very saddened. Yes, I find the uncertain status of Obama disturbing, but I am far more concerned and upset that our foundation of honest good will is crumbling.

For me the scales fell from my eyes during the 2000 election recount. The Marxists in charge were determined to scam the system. They were not people of honest good will with a commitment to making our experiment in self rule work.

After the 2000 election recount I will **not** have a Marxist for a friend. This includes **all** Democrats and some Republicans. They are either too stupid or too evil.

Your words are poignant. For me, I am saddened more that there appears to be little actual forced resistance to the criminal work of the demcorat party. We saw blatant vote in Florida yet no one was ever prosecuted for the crimes. Following that display, the Republicans did little to change the system to stop vote fraud from continuing elsewhere and we saw it surface with a vengence in Minnesota and Al 'I'll steal anything' Franken. Neither politcal party acts like they are determined to preserve the Constitutional Republic.

And just in case you need another reminder, the issue of slaughtering alive unborn children has been an empwerment scheme for demcorats for decades and Republicans have done a feckless job to change the holocaust when they have taken control, so they use it as an election turnout issue.
