Really, is this what it comes down to? I am a natural skeptic, but even of our skepticism, I don't want to devolve into cynicism. I am just asking for goal posts. I'd like to see the "long form" BC, unedited. That would satisfy me personally. I don't have much of a hard opinion either way, except that I suspect that there is probably other info on the BC that is embarrassing, even if he is proven to be a "natural born citizen".
As for using the term "birthers", you notice I put it in quotes, because its what others call the "Obama Natural Born Citizenship Skepticism Movement", just trying to save some typing. I didn't mean anything else by it. And if it bothers you, hey, butch up Newbie, this is FR!
