If obama does that he will look petty and venal. Spending a million dollars and wasting countless man hours fighting this and then springing it with a gleeful smile will show him to be the little child that he is. Such a scheme would backfire big time.
Oh, he wouldn't have a gleeful smile in public and wouldn't have to work very hard convincing people he was the victim. I am sure you haven't forgotten that he's still got the press and the bully pulpit.
