Nifong was pretty good at getting people riled up with his fabrications. And he is not an aberration within the District Attorney profession by any stretch of the imagination.
Who in their right mind would do such a horrendous evil thing like that to such a beautiful creature? My daughter is 4, and I couldn’t even dream on my worst day in the world even imagine the thought of doing something like this. I’m suprised that there wasn’t a capital punishment conviction.
