Geez....you're proving Mark Twain's point about meaning is lost in translation.

I never really studied Spanish more than attempting word translation informally. I was only graded on Latin, Russian and German.

Mark Twain wrote the Jumping frog of Calaveras County and saw that the French had published it in France....so he got a copy and translated it back into English, studiously and as accurately as he could. What came out wasn't humorous, a mismatch of his original. I've seen little jokes told to translators of multiple languages to another, passed on to another and translated and retold to the first and it was babble.

It was decades ago that I learned that the oceans and their currents, warmed by the Sun or cooled by cloud cover and storms determined climate. The ocean currents in the major oceans rule the climate and there's nothing man could do about it in the past or can do now. Scientific, meteorological data deals with the universal language of numbers but lately it's become Babel also. This is my opinion of Global Warming theory.

Das Problem ist nicht in der Übersetzung, ist Interpretation.
