***I think he had cause. Everyone thought that it was highly improbable that you would receive a 2001 document in the year 2000. And it’s still unexplained why it has a 2007 stamp on it. So I wouldn’t say he had no cause.

Oh and the Receipt for the order of that COLB in 2000 the only one ever ordered, from the Hawaiian Department of Health has not yet arrived. I expect it late in the week.

That is precisely my question to them. However, no one I presented it to questioned it in the least.
Believe me, they are looking at scanned copies of what I have, I have emailed them front and back copies. To say that it is concerning is an understatement. Honestly I am damn glad I never ran into problems with it. Its amazing really that I didn’t!
Like I said, the receipt is in the mail and I can guarantee that the 2000 entry will be the only one on there because thats the only one that has been ordered. Anything else would leave me floored on a level that would make me question my own sanity.
