It WAS sent to me in 2000. Confirmed by the Hawaiian Department of Vital Statistics. I called and checked on it. I just sent Polarik a bunch of actual pictures of it I just now took sitting here at my desk. This is a real document. WTF would I FORGE one for?

Just yesterday, the State of Hawaii officially proclaimed that Zero was born there and is a Natural Born Citizen.
