The most important test that passes a conspiracy against democracy in Honduras was the blessing that Fidel Castro, in his thinking "a gesture not forget that you gave to the failed constitutional coup carried out by Zelaya.

Venezuela in the attempted seizure of power via coup d'etat, to bury democracy and socialism were building boom during the armed struggle waged by the guerrillas and remotely by Fidel Castro in the'60s. The Carupanazo and conspiracies were Porteñazo civil-military larger so little studied that era of our history.

The two modalities of Chavismo: Golpe Golpe Gorila and Constituent

Chavism, a direct descendant of those conspiracies, had to present two forms: the first consisted of a systematic guerrilla infiltration into the national armed forces which culminated in the failed coup d'état of 04 February 1992. Revolutionary decrees that the Chavez government has implemented gorilla make clear the nature of that coup. Those orders included:

Eliminate National Congress (Act 1), delete the Legislative Assemblies (Order 2), dismiss members of the Supreme Court (Order 6).

The intention was not to enforce the Constitution as already defeated, said the coup plotters. In blood and fire, had they succeeded, and today we have cubanizado Venezuelans enslaved and starved to death as the Cubans, we would be repeating the painful regret Romanian: "Why did not experience communism first in animals."

The second form emerged out of necessity, having failed coup. Coupled with the circumstances, Chavez and his allies passed the electoral route to the same goal: to take the power to dismantle democracy, but this time through a Constituent Assembly. On the way ideas are combined: Ceresole, with his thesis leader-army-people, Fidel Castro, ideological and operational adviser to the scary experience, veteran leadership and leftist parties. The plan was to turn the election victory of 1998 in a constitutional coup and that was what was done.

An ambush similar to the constituent-enforced in Venezuela, Bolivia and Ecuador, was on the verge of giving up democracy in Honduras. Planned in detail by former President Zelaya and her guardian (Fidel and Chavez) was summarized by the legal adviser to the Honduran Army Colonel Heberth Bayardo, thus: "If this opinion poll was conducted on Sunday, with the result they legitimize the process, and 18 hours of installing the 28 Constituent Sunday. And once installed dissolved Congress and the Supreme Court, the Attorney General destituían-off command of the Armed Forces. The same has been done elsewhere. "

Chain true partnership, as the mastermind in charge of designing the new constitutional Honduran scaffold with embedded re-election, was a supporter of ETA and a professor at the University of Valencia, Spain, Roberto Viciano Pastor. In this, President Chavez in Aló President No. 93 of January 20, 2002 - thanked his intellectual support and publicize his book, "Changing political and constitutional process in Venezuela (1998-2000). Vadell Ed Brothers. 2001.

The important role of the Pastor Viciano constitutional coup known as the Honduran public on June 13, ie two weeks before the expulsion of former President Zelaya to Costa Rica. The information in the newspaper La Prensa was: "The lawyer who hired the executive would have to redo the constitution, Viciano Robert Pastor, who took a Spanish influence in the new constitutions of Bolivia, Ecuador and Venezuela.

But the most important test that passes a conspiracy Honduran democracy was that the Pope's blessing Rojo, Fidel Castro, in his thinking "a gesture not forget that you gave to the failed constitutional coup carried out by Zelaya. The note written on Thursday, June 25, three days before the impeachment of former President Zelaya in solidarity with the assault on the Air Base to rescue the electoral materials from Venezuela.

That provocative action by the armed forces, which could produce many casualties, Fidel Castro praised the saying that "the brave conduct of Zelaya will go down in history." Then desvivió comrade-in praise to the landowner to the end of Allende par with: "It was impressive to see through Telesur, harangue the people of Honduras ... His words made us remember the speech of President Salvador Allende ... This time we saw another President entering the Latin American people in an air base to demand the ballot for a popular consultation, seized spurious.

Whether they survive or Honduran democracy foundered in the grip of Alba, so it will go down in history is the blatant opportunism of the historic leader of the Cuban revolution decadent.
