It is hard to believe how prophetic this letter to the RNC was, or how fast it happened.
Obamacare is now fast becoming the law of the land. It makes me shudder.

Letter to RNC: Ken Mehlman
RNC, SAVE TERRI FIRST!
Mr. Mehlman,
I am replying to a new mailing I have received because my RNC membership has now gone inactive. I had every intention of renewing with my usual donation as well, but my party, for which I have fought hard fights for here in **************** has looked the other way when it came to what we petitioned Congress and the Senate for.
I was no slouch when it came to fighting very hard for you.
1. Specifically, we fought for the right to pick our judges and begged to have Arlen Specter, a RINO, removed as head of the Judiciary Committee, but the Party saw fit to campaign on Specter’s behalf knowing he was double-dealing and had democrat support. He is pro-abortion, anti-life, and we did not want him there.
Well, he’s there because the party I fought so hard for gave up and gave in,so he took his seat on the Judiciary Committee and immediately got out his carving knife and fork.
Now it looks as if the Republican MAJORITY, which we campaigned and voted for, have given up again and will not stop the dems from filibustering nominees, even though they have sent the Constitution into a tailspin.
What good has all the hardfought and hardwon effort to elect a majority done us?
2. Specifically, I am watching the judicial murder of Terri Schiavo while my President and the Attorney General of the United States have enough prima fasciae evidence that there is absolute criminality involving the judge, the attorney, the hospice corporation, Sun Coast, and the husband to initiate a federal investigation and stop the murder of an innocent woman, but I hear silence, see no movement, when Terri herself is the evidence and the victim in this case.
Why isn’t she seized by Federal Marshals as EVIDENCE in a criminal case if we care so much about the Right to Life?
3. Specifically, Jeb Bush is the Governor of Florida and one stinking judge who never even took his oath of office can be allowed to rule Florida like a tyrant and Jeb is helpless? I don’t think so. The same as the above is true for him as well.
Seize Terri as EVIDENCE in a criminal investigation and save her life. There is nothing in the Constitution about a right to die, let alone a right for judges to pave a clear path to murder.
I am a Republican, but always believed that when push came to shove, the humanity of MY President would always trump politics as usual. This time, I am very bitter at what I have seen. Republicans have shown no spine, and those who have were shouted down by their so-called peers.
Save Terri and you save us all, because this goes far beyond Terri Schiavo. It goes to you and to me, to my future children and their children. I will renew my membership when I know I have a party worth my vote and our judges are worthy of calling themselves judges.
As far as I can see, there have only been two on the Supreme Court that seem to have a mind left. The District courts are a mess and should be dissolved. State Courts are in bed with lawyers. The US has no justice system worth the name anymore. There is no justice.
When will a fascist government propped up by fascist judges decide I HAVE THE *RIGHT* TO DIE after this???? Five years? Ten years?

And I totally agree that if Jeb tries to run for president, Terri will haunt his candidacy, and well it should.

LETTER TO JEB BUSH
GOVERNOR BUSH,
IT IS LONG PAST TIME THAT YOU STOP TRYING TO FOLLOW THE GROUND RULES SET OUT BY THE HEMLOCK SOCIETY, VIA JUDGE GREER. TAKE IT COMPLETELY OUT OF THE CIVIL COURT AND DIRECTLY INTO CRIMINAL COURT.
THERE IS AN EXTREME AMOUNT OF PRIMA FASCIAE EVIDENCE THAT FOUL PLAY HAS OCCURRED HERE...MORE EVIDENCE THAN THE SCOTT PETERSON CASE WHICH WAS ONLY CIRCUMSTANTIAL AND NOT NEARLY AS COMPELLING, BUT HE WAS FOUND GUILTY.
YOU HAVE SWORN AFFIDAVITS, THE TESTIMONY OF PEOPLE WHO KNEW TERRI BOTH BEFORE AND AFTER THE PARENTS MADE THE MISTAKE OF PURSUING CIVIL RESOLUTION, YET YOU ALLOW HER TO REMAIN TRAPPED AND CONTROLLED BY MADMEN.
INITIATE A CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION AND SEIZE TERRI SCHIAVO AS EVIDENCE.
GET TERRI OUT OF THE HANDS OF GHOULS WHO ARE TRYING TO MURDER HER INCLUDING THOSE OF THE FLORIDA CIVIL JUDICIARY. CONVENE A CRIMINAL GRAND JURY IMMEDIATELY AND BEGIN THE CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION THAT IS OF ABSOLUTE NECESSITY OR FLORIDA WILL BE THE STATE FOR WHICH I, AND MANY OTHERS, INTEND TO PURSUE A MOST VIGOROUS BOYCOTT CAMPAIGN.
FLORIDA WILL FOREVER BE KNOWN AS THE *STATE OF DEATH* AND PEOPLE WILL FEAR YOU FOR MANY YEARS TO COME.
THIS IS NOT A CIVIL CASE. IT IS A CRIMINAL CASE AND YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY AS EXECUTIVE TO COMPLETELY CHANGE THE RULES OF THIS HORRIFYING GAME, AS DOES YOUR BROTHER, PRESIDENT BUSH TO WHOM A COPY OF THIS HAS BEEN SENT AS WELL.
THERE WAS A TIME WHEN IT WAS SAID THAT POLITICS ENDS AT THE WATER’S EDGE. NOW IT IS CLEAR THAT THE SKINNERIST REVOLUTION BEGUN BACK IN THE 20’S IS ONCE AGAIN ON THE RISE GROWING STRONGER BY THE MOMENT. OLD EUROPE IS LOVING THIS AND IF THIS IS ALLOWED TO STAND, THE US WILL HAVE FORFEITED ITS OWN RIGHT TO SPEAK TO THE WORLD ON MORAL ISSUES AND THE SANCTITY OF LIFE. IT WILL BE THE UNDOING OF THE CONSTITUTION, AND FOR ALL PRACTICAL PURPOSES, THE END OF USA MORAL AUTHORITY.
YOU KNOW THESE ARE MADMEN. YOU KNOW JUDGE GREER WAS ON THE BOARD OF THIS INFAMOUS HOSPICE WHICH IS A COMPLETE CONFLICT OF INTEREST, NOT TO MENTION HIS PAST CORRUPTION WITH VAST CORPORATIONS.
HEARSAY SHOULD NEVER BE ADMISSIBLE IN A COURT OF LAW, HOWEVER, THIS HAS MAINTAINED ITSELF IN THE REALM OF CIVIL LAW BECAUSE OF ONE CORRUPT JUDGE.
TERRI IS EVIDENCE AND SHOULD BE PROTECTED. MANDATORY REHABILITATION SHOULD IMMEDIATELY BE ORDERED, IMMEDIATELY INSTITUTED, AND EVEN IF IT TAKES 10 OR 20 YEARS OF INTENSIVE THERAPY IN SEARCH OF THE TRUTH, THAT SEARCH CAN NOT BE ABROGATED. FURTHER, HER BODY IS EVIDENCE BY ITSELF, EVEN IF SHE CAN NEVER SPEAK, THAT INDEED FOUL PLAY HAS OCCURRED.
GOVERNOR, YOU HAVE THE POWER. THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE US HAS THE POWER.
MAKE IT HAPPEN BEFORE THIS LADY DIES. SUBPOENAS TO APPEAR BEFORE A GRAND JURY COULD BE CALLED FOR AND IN HAND WITHIN A MATTER OF HOURS IF YOU DO THIS. YOUR OWN ATTORNEY GENERAL CAN DO THIS USING CRIMINAL LAW, NOT CIVIL LAW, AND STOP PLAYING BUTTON BUTTON WITH CIVIL PRETENDERS CALLING THIS THE RIGHT TO DIE. THERE IS NO SUCH RIGHT IN THE CONSTITUTION. THE RIGHT TO LIFE IS. THE RIGHT TO ALLOW MURDER ON BEHALF OF THE STATE IS NOT IN THE CONSTITUTION, AND THE DEATH PENALTY FOR HEINOUS CRIMES IS NOT IN THE CONSTITUTION WITHOUT A FAIR AND IMPARTIAL TRIAL.
NONE OF THESE GUIDELINES HAVE BEEN FOLLOWED FROM DAY ONE. THIS HAS NEVER BEEN A RELIGIOUS CASE. IT IS A PURE, UNADULTERATED CRIMINAL CASE.

This was a great & prophetic article as you indicated. I must confess, it was hard for me to read these two letters, because it brought back all the feelings of unbelief & shock that neither Jeb Bush or GW Bush, had the slightest amount of courage or balls to step in and by executive order stop this travesty from happening, by pro-death advocates including that bastard two-bit rogue judge Greer. It was incredible to me, that as much as I despised Bill Clinton, he had no qualms or hesitation about sending in his SWAT teams to kidnap & return Elian Gonzales to Cuba, in violation of the VERY SAME FLORIDA & APPEALS COURTS that were now dictating that Terri Schindler-Schiavo be executed. I remember a statement from Terry Randle on the Wednesday before Terri died, when Jeb Bush held a press conference and we all thought he would take executive action to save Terri and he didn’t... Terry Randle said it best, when he said Jeb Bush “blinked” and effectively washed his hands of it. Jeb Bush, GW Bush, the RNO.... cowards & traitors. I believe God’s hand of judgement has been on this nation or certainly the Republican Party since that time. And then GW Bush sanctimonously talked about the “culture of life” and saving the “weakest among us” while he cowardly sat by and watched the 1st state sponsored execution of an innocent human being. I think Terri Schindler-Schiavo view will be floated across all those throughout eterntiy, who participated in her execution.
