Not sure I agree. We’re grown ups here. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with “attacking” or “putting” down - with rational arguments and even emotion - opposing political views.
Free speech can be heated.

Rational arguments with emotion is great, I was referring to (but didn’t specify) personal attacks. And, there are a lot of those here from time to time. Apologies for not making my point clearer.
