Could you clue me in, please? I’d asked a FR attorney about it, and he said this:
Axxoesing to the US code, his mother had to be more than 18 by a specified number of months, which she wasn’t. It’s all been discussed on FR in the past.
I had thought that the fact that his mother was American (’subject to US jurisdiction’ per the 14th) would cover him.
How many months more than 18 years would she have to have been to give him her citizenship?
