Uh, that was in response to your insinuation that I was a "compassionate conservative".
As I've stated--and as you've proven once again---when the facts don't fit your needs, you just swing away with emotion. In this case, you didn't like where my comment put you, so you reached for something having nothing to do with THE FACTS we were discussing.
Each of your replies so far has only fixed you more firmly as one of those folks who is helping damage conservatism at a time where we are poised to recapture power--not as RINOs or those giving lipservice to conservative ideals, but as conservatives.
We have the issues on our side. We don't have to try to be "compassionate"--we need only be conservatives, and say to the country "We warned you about Obama and liberalism, we warned you about when Bush tried to appeal to "the middle" and got slapped for it. How about giving conservative ideals a second look, and vote for people who will actually govern as conservatives?" We could win resounding and LASTING victories by showing people real, hardcore conservatism is the way to go.
And they look over and see this kind of thing, and the MSM will reinforce the idea that we're actually a bunch of emotional wackos who are just full of hate and are reaching for tabloid-level crap to smear the first African-American president with.
Which is why I suspect the Birthers...well, why bother saying it? It's pretty obvious.
