OK so some say setup...WHO knows, BUT my question is DID it backfire on OBOZO the RACIST?? OR will we be back to business as usual Monday? If so than I say YES most definitely it worked. It took the DEATHCARE bill off the front pages! If NO, than there'll be no end to Gatesgate! I sincerely hope it's the latter!!

What we need to ask is, “Why the red herring?” Look at the news. Instead of debating the various aspects of the health care bill, all the talking heads are discussing the Gates issue. My guess is that the White House intent was to use this break to lift the pressure off the Blue Dogs and push through the bill just before recess (as originally planned).
