On the fringes of the American right, a growing conspiracy claims that Barack Obama is hiding a Kenyan birth certificate, making him ineligible to serve as president.
What can't he just provide it? It was under seal in Hawaii and now the Long Form has been destroyed? I think we may be getting closer.
Is the former Marine (I know there are not former Marines) judge going to really move forward on the case?
Clinton supporters brought the issue up first and still make up a large portion of those who question his birth status.

He can if he wants to. The only thing is that a candidate is not legally required to do so. And in addition, he has sworn under oath that he meets the qualifications for office, too...
And you know that your boy can provide it how? I’m sure we will find this bit of twisted logic interesting. Just how is it that you KNOW Barry can PROVIDE proof?
He signed a sworn statement that he’s qualified, the same way all the other candidates did... that’s all I know for sure right now...
When a state law is enacted that requires a birth certificate be produced, or else a candidate cannot be on the ballot, then I’ll know for sure if his sworn statement is true. Right now, it’s a sworn statement and that’s all I can say about it.
He also swore an oath the defend the Constitution of the United States. I don’t think oaths mean much any more, and they surely don’t mean much to this man.
Well, it means something in terms of getting convicted of a crime... LOL... And that would get him removed from office, which is the goal of many here.

More questions and this time, they're really good questions.
I have little interest in getting into the middle of the Obama birth issue, but yesterday Paul Hollrah over at FSM did so and he believes the issue can be resolved by having Obama answer one simple question: How could a young man arrive in New York in early June 1981 without the price of a hotel room in his pocket, suddenly, only one month later, find the money for an around-the-world trip?
And, once he was on a plane, shuttling between New York, Jakarta, and Karachi, what passport was he carrying when he passed through U.S. Customs and Immigration?
The American people not only deserve to have answers to these questions, as concerned citizens, they must have the answers.
The ongoing debate over Obama's citizenship can now become a very short and simple one.
Q: Did he travel to Pakistan in 1981, at age 20? A : Yes, by his own admission.
Q: What passport did he travel with?
A: There are only three possibilities.
1) He traveled with a U.S. Passport,
2) He traveled with a British passport,
3) He traveled with an Indonesian passport.
Q: Is it possible that Obama traveled on a U.S. passport in 1981?
A: No, it is not possible. Pakistan was on the U.S. State Department's
"no travel" list in 1981.
Conclusion:
When Obama went to Pakistan in 1981, he was traveling on either a British or an Indonesian passport.
If he were traveling on a British passport, that would be proof that he was born in Kenya on August 4, 1961, and not in Hawaii as he claims.
And, if he were traveling with an Indonesian passport, that would imply that he relinquished whichever citizenship he had held, British or American, prior to being adopted in 1967 by his Indonesian step-father .
Whatever the truth of this matter, the American people need to know how he managed to become a "natural born" American citizen between 1981 and 2008..
Given the destructive nature of his plans for America, as indicated by his speech before Congress, and his disastrous spending plan that Congress has passed, the sooner we learn the truth, the better.
If you don't care that your President has not proven that he is a natural born citizen, and may be in clear violation of the Constitution, then just delete this and go back into your cocoon.
If you do care, then send this to as many as you can!

I wonder if the judge requires job seekers in his court system to provide long form birth certificates with their job applications.
It is as if two different people signed the two documents.
I worked for a guy one time that “manufactured” his signature in a special way (and you couldn’t actually “read” it), so that it was just a bunch of scribbling, but it was unique to him and no one else could duplicate it. You couldn’t make out anything except the first letter of the first name and the first letter of the last name.... When he signed things, it was like he was “drawing” something... LOL
Now, you or I probably “sign” out names and people can mostly read the name. Take a look at the Notary there... you can actually read his name. But not Obama’s
So, anyway, I think that’s what some people do with their signatures, at a certain time, later on, if they want to... it’s kind of like a “signature” is a “drawing” for them...
