Yes, the provision where taxpayers pay $2,500 to the IRS per year if they choose to self-insure, WHEN illegal aliens can leech off the system and NOT pay $2,500 per year -- is SO fair and equitable.

Gee, you don't suppose that might serve as one more big magnet for illegal immigration.

That's probably the overriding purpose of that exemption.
