Obama is trying to adopt a phoney black persona. You’ll notice how he affects what he thinks is a “black” accent at times and tries to use black slang. Unfortunately, the black power establishment selected black street punks to be its true role model for “black” behavior.

Somebody like Gates, a university professor, challenging the cop with a “yo’ mama” is ridiculous and shows how far this stupidity has gone.

A reasonable person, and I have my doubts about Gates, might have shown his Harvard ID to verify his identity. A call to the police dispatcher could then have verified that it was his residence. As other Freepers have observed, I wouldn't be surprised to find that this whole thing was a staged by Gates.

Finally we heard from him today. He said he supports Crowley and the arrest 100%. He said Gates was acting strangely.
