President Barack Obama was in town tonight for a pair of Democratic fundraisers in Chicago where organizers hope to raise more than $2 million.The president turned a big fundraiser at a downtown hotel into a bit of a pep rally for his effort to change the nation's health care system.
"I'm from Chicago. I don't break," he said, as the room erupted in cheers. "I've got great health insurance . . . I've got a doctor who follows me everywhere."

As Obama headed back to Air Force One, the motorcade took a surprise detour and pulled onto the tree-lined street of his Kenwood home on the South Side.
As the president spent a little time inside, a few neighbors stood on their porches and sidewalks to watch.
