Irish: They're drunks.
Germans: They're Nazis.
Now we can spend the rest of our time discussing the long and colorful history of blacks. Don't get me wrong, there is a huge history of Africans that is far richer than most people even realize, but to teach any other history based on a non- (US) minority race is of course racist.
