Rush is spot on, Skippy Gates wanted to be arrested. Probably because it would give him “street cred” for his Black People Studies. When he went outside and was still berating the LEO that's disorderly conduct pure and simple. He could have just stayed inside.

Top of the hour the reporterette said Skippy Gates was arrested “in” his own home. He was clearly outside.
