Sotomayor is one of the worst federal judges now serving. She has been reversed in 6 of 7 decisions, Her logic is and reasoning has been shown to be extremely poor. Her writings, speeches and presentations have endorsed policy making from the bench, ignoring the constitution in favor of international law, using race and gender identity to make decisions etc. Her testimony was dishonest and contradictory.
But none of that matters. She is Porto Rican and a woman(a wise Latina). That is all you need to know. Everything else is irrelevant.
