Everyone knows of course that a senate resolution does not have the force of law...
No, it’s just a ‘sense of the Senate’.
But it does take a million more times energy than just picking up the phone, calling the Hawa’ii Dept of Vital Statistics and saying ‘ship me a copy of my long form so I don’t have to get the US House AND Senate involved in this.’
As I have said in other posts my theory is that O has planned this all along. He is setting a trap for his political opponents that he will spring right before the midterm elections by producing the BC.
He will then be able to label everyone opposing him as right wing racist wing nuts and the public pushed by the media will buy it handing the GOP a final disastrous defeat.
This resolution only demonstrates to me that O's strategy from the very beginning..
