She's not that heavy. Certainly not obese. Just a big gal like many other women her age. She'll not die of a heart attack while holding office.

That said, it might be inspirational of her to announce a fitness program and let the nation track her progress along that path.

I remember what I looked like when I was about 45 pounds overweight. You don't look obese but 45 pounds of fat on a 5'6" frame is a horrible BMI.

And this lady looks like she's got about that much to lose.
