Once they get their foot in, there is no telling what 'requirements' would be necessary for this type of law to be followed. It would be the initiation of FEDERAL guidlines for the states to pass or not.

It does, however, drive impetus for the other states to increase reciprocity with other states.

Agreed, leave it up to the states.

The battles for Concealed Carry in the various states started over 20 years ago.

Now the Fed wants to jump on the band wagon at the same time BATF wants to crush new gun rights in states like Montana, Tennessee and others.

Beware when Washington says: I am from the federal government and I am here to help you.

The second ammendment doesn't talk about states, it mentions "the people". If our government and courts actually understood the importance of putting it in the constitution as worded, we wouldn't be having this debate.

And Chuck Shumer would be a pimple on NY's ass, but he has this to say:

The bold section illustrates the big LIE. This senator is a LIAR. Even if every person carried a gun, there is NO WAY possible that anywhere near a million people would have their 'safety' endangered, in FACT, millions would actually have their 'safety' enhanced. That's the GD Lie that these traitors get away with and it needs to be exposed.
