Can't happen. To get a CCW one still has to go through a background check, and the "misdemeanor domestic violence" exclusion is FEDERAL, not state (never mind that NO misdemeanor should disqualify one from owning firearms--FELONY, yes, misdemeanor, no).

But the good news is that when the queers go to the Congress to get reciprocity for their "marriage" licenses, the same argument will apply...AGAINST THEM./

Interesting tidbit, I didn't know that. Maybe the point that gentleman brought up earlier about women who lie about battery had a better argument than I gave him credit for.

I wouldn't count on the argument being of use to us though. Courts make special exceptions with regards to such matters, it would seem.
