No surprise.
Webb has always been pretty solid on the 2nd amendment.
Warner isn’t really a strong pro-2nd amendment guy, but he did sign several pieces of pro-gun legislation as governor, including preemption. He’s probably an improvement over John Warner on 2nd amendment issues.
