“Liz Cheney defends the Birthers”

If I’m reading that right, in that article, it seems to say that the following, below, is “defending birthers” (or the Obama Birth Certificate issue).

It sure doesn’t seem that she’s doing that to me (from the statement below). It seems that she’s trying to sidestep the issue and not get drawn into a discussion of it.

I don’t have any question about Barack Obama’s right to be President of the United States.

My concern is with his policies. I am deeply troubled about the path he is taking this country down — massively expanding the size of government, weakening our national defenses, increasing taxes on all Americans and nationalizing health care. These are dangerous policies for the nation.

I think what is going on here, is that the leftists are now going to try to put *anyone* who opposes Obama and his policies as a “birther” — in order to try and marginalize opposition to Obama’s policies.

That appears to be what is going on by these articles...

Everyone forgets the Leftwingtards first raised the issue by claiming that John McCain was not "native born". They had 15 to 20 iterations of how that might have happened.

The correct answer to pukes like Larry King is simply to remind him that he had interviewed people who claimed McCain was not "native born".

Notice that I am pointing to "people he interviewed", not that they claimed it on his show.

His only response would be "who" and I'm sure a list of a half dozen can be worked up in short order should anyone else encounter this problem.

His only respose for that would be "but they didn't say that on my show" (or words to that effect), and you simply reply "you must have missed it when you researched what they were saying before the show, or, it escaped your attention".

King knows those words ~ he uses them himself, and that's his logical flow ~ it didn't happen, I wasn't there.
