Civil suit...no criminal charges...Ben's been pretty protective of his rep since the bike accident...and IIRC the gal >reportedly< had some mental problems before the incident. Then again I've read that Ben claims he DID have sex with her but that is was consensual.
He'll probably just pay her off so she goes away. Attorneys will work out the details and they'll never be made public.
