I believe you are forgetting one very serious SERIOUS important thing...

After the Hurricane katrina BS when bush was blamed for everything...Bush said the hell with it and got a law passed that allows the president of the US to command all national guard troops without approval from the governors. His excuse for doing so was so that next time an inept governor risked the safety and well being of his citizens during a crisis, the president could step in the take up the slack...ha.

It seems we’ve been set up. And I suspect the SETUP was designed way before obama ever even thought about running for president.

So if the National Guard gets one order from the President and a different one from the Governor, who do you think they are going to obey?

Each person enlisting in the National Guard shall sign an enlistment contract and subscribe to the following oath: “I do hereby acknowledge to have voluntarily enlisted this __ day of ____, 19_, in the ______ National Guard of the State of ______ for a period of __ year(s) under the conditions prescribed by law, unless sooner discharged by proper authority. “I, ________, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States and of the State of ______ against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to them; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the Governor of ______ and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to law and regulations.

So help me God.” The oath may be taken before any officer of the National Guard of the State or Territory, or of Puerto Rico, or the District of Columbia, as the case may be, or before any other person authorized by the law of the jurisdiction concerned to administer oaths of enlistment in the National Guard.

Laws, orders, regulations, etc...

These things only have weight if those they are intended to effect give them weight, otherwise they are just meaningless words written on a piece of paper somewhere...

Your not going to be able to change that law (or any law) in time, therefore you need to convince the folks who the law is designed to influence of the folly of following it.

Honestly folks, in the end, it doesn’t matter which cause is just or unjust... All that really matters is who has enough men with weapons willing to kill people and break things in support of their cause. That is the way it has always been and always will be. So I advise you to get serious about recruiting men with weapons to the cause. No amount of righteous anger is going to stop well armed jack booted thugs from rolling over you. It takes well armed and equipped soldiers to defend against what this illegitimate fedgov can throw at us. This is where the rubber meets the road and this is where the weak of mind and commitment crumble, but if your serious about regaining your freedom you will do what it takes to take it back. otherwise... go home... and hide under your bed...

Oh dear. That looks very, very bad. I thought Pappy was one of them, but that Jr. was okay. Turns out he just disguised himself well. Dammit. Time to stop making excuses for his “abandoning capitalism to save it” and other debacles.
