Once you jump thru all the hoops, you can own pretty much whatever you want, and carry pretty much wherever you want. Heck, you can carry a Serbu Super Shorty while imbibing Jack Daniels at a pub, so long as a few pieces of paper are in order.
New York City does have strict gun laws, but somehow the super-rich (like Trump) can get around them.
