I have seen his bunch give out flyers for 9/11 Truther flims many times.

Paul is a total loon

Ron Paul excused Al-Qaeda’s attacks on America: In the single most repulsive moment of the entire Presidential race so far, Ron Paul excused Al-Qaeda’s attack on American with this comment about 9/11,
“They attack us because we’ve been over there. We’ve been
bombing Iraq for 10 years.” In other words, America deserved to be attacked by Al-Qaeda.

L Ron Paul blames American interventionism in the Middle East for out problems with them and why the attacks of
Sept. 11. Paul called it blowback

This is the sort of facile comment you’d expect to hear from an America-hating left winger like Michael Moore or Noam Chomsky, not from a Republican

And so Ron Paul has the same beliefs as all of his fans or people who take advantage of events to hand out their literature? What if those beliefs conflict? Does he hold both conflicting views at the same time?

Do you actually find it impossible to believe that our muzzie?

What if a terrorist came up and told you he was angry about US intervention in the middle east and that's why he was doing what he was doing? Would you tell him he's lying and that he must have some other reason?

I disagree with the way you characterize his words. Paul is giving an explanation, not a justification.

Suppose a guy goes walking down a dangerous inner city street at 1:00 a.m., carrying a big sack of quarters. He gets mugged, and then I say "That guy shouldn't have gone through that part of town." I'm not saying that the victim did anything morally wrong, nor that he didn't have a right to keep his money, nor that he shouldn't have the right to walk anywhere he wants at any time.

If I said "he shouldn't have done that" I'm really not making a moral statement at all. I'm just saying that the mugging was fairly predictable given the circumstances and that the victim's behavior was not prudent. My statement would mean that I think the victim "deserved" what happened to him.
