Why did Fox put the phrase in the headline in quotation marks?

Noticed he called her “ma’m” several times but Boxhead never told him to call her “Senator Boxhead”! People like her are such a waste...how the heck did they even get to where they are?

(pretend I did not ask that...)

O’Reilly maintained throughout the interview he didn’t think Boxer was being racial. Alford should’ve asked him “do you think Boxer would’ve brought up the NAACP if I were a white guy?”

This the results of history being revised.

Who invented the KKK, separate schools, labeled water fountains, back of the bus rules, racial profiling and "white" are better than coloured distinctions?

I grew up in a Democrat family and lived through the 50s, 60s and 70s while all this racial hoo ha was going on. Now I'm a conservative and say phooey to the Dimbulb leaders in the White House and Senate and Congress! Move over Janine Garbagefoulmouth. The Tea Revolution is at hand!

Senator Boxer: "What do you mean you don't want to pick cotton? I have letters here from dozens of black organizations whose members just love working in the field from dawn to dusk picking cotton. Who are you to argue with them?"

While I greatly respect(and agree with) Mr. Alford for taking his stand with “Ma'am” Boxer the very best part is watching someone - anyone - rub an arrogant, puke Senator's face in the dirt. That was priceless and now Boxer is 0 and 2 in public perception in just a couple of weeks.

In fairness, the organization he’s representing is, itself, limited by race to black members. So I sorrrrrrta see what Babs might have been thinking. (She thinks?) Still, her condescension and likely racial pigeonholing is obvious.

I wonder if “ma’am”’s office has issued any statement about this dustup. (You’ll recall that after she forced that general to call her “Senator” instead of “ma’am,” her office later issued a doubtful statement that she and the general had a nice chat afterwards and are lovey dovey.)
