if passed, I see an orgy of litigation. It’s a freaking full overemployment plan for the courts system. Every single stupid provision will end up challenged in court. At the taxpayers expense....

So if all physicians become govenment employees, and you can’t sue the federal government, where are the trial lawyers on this proposal??? Is the government going to pick up the tab for the hundred of thousands of dollars a year for medical malpractic premiums??

oh... speaking of the courts — did you read the part in the bill about lawyers being able to sue third parties on behalf of medicare without even asking or being asked to do so by medicare?
