The push to reform health care is paramount for the Obama administration because it was the most emotional, most widely recognizable most accessible issue during the Obama campaign…and continues to be so. With a voter base of individuals who are young, ill-educated/under-educated, dramatic and visible issues elicit high emotion and guarantee attention. With that element… attention equals support – no other consideration is involved.

It is THE issue for which, if Obama succeeds with his reform plans, will bear the most immediate, personal, direct and concrete benefit to PEOPLE LIVING IN AMERICA.

Note...I say ‘people living in America’, because the whole health care issue (both during the campaign and now) was/is aimed to win votes and support for Liberals from the illegal aliens who come here with their diseases and demands.

I see this whole health care reform issue as pretty much a moot point for American CITIZENS who have ready health care in this country through their work (if they are employed) and/or through many and various social services (ALREADY abundantly subsidized by American taxpayers), if they are unemployed…

The real problem (if anyone cares to admit it) is the complete lack of accountability in administration of the existing health care services to individuals who are here illegally and who are exploiting, exhausting and otherwise destabilizing the system originally designed to assist AMERICAN CITIZENS who have no private coverage.
